Thank you for shopping with Board Game Gear! We’ve built our business on a “made-for-you” print-on-demand model. This approach helps us reduce textile waste and ensure every piece you receive is brand new and made just for you.

Because every item is created on-demand, our policies for returns and shipping are important to read.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items OnlyAll Sales Are Final

Because every item is created on-demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.

Why Are All Sales Final? We are a print-on-demand company, which means we don’t hold any inventory. When you place an order, our system sends it to our production partner who prints your specific design, on your chosen size and color, one at a time. This item is created uniquely for you. We cannot restock it, and returned items would unfortunately have to be discarded. This policy allows us to continue our sustainable, waste-reducing business model.

Please Get Your Sizing Right (Read Before Ordering!)

We understand that sizing is the biggest challenge when shopping for clothing online. We strongly encourage you to check the sizing charts provided on every product page before placing your order.

Our Top Tip:

  1. Find your favorite, best-fitting t-shirt at home.
  2. Lay it flat and measure it (width across the chest and length from top to bottom).
  3. Compare those measurements to our size chart to find your perfect fit.

What If My Item is Damaged or Incorrect?

Your satisfaction is still our top priority. While we cannot accept returns for sizing, we will absolutely correct any mistakes made on our end.

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item (e.g., wrong design, a different size than you ordered), please contact us immediately.

To resolve this, please:

  1. Contact us at support@boardgamegear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will review the issue and work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
